There are two ID Centers on Yale University’s campus to meet your needs. Central campus is located at 221 Whitney. The medical school location is located on the lower level of the Sterling Hall of Medicine.
The Central ID Center has moved to 221 Whitney Ave. This relocation places ID services alongside other Human Resources functions, so new hires can complete Form I-9, register for parking, and get their ID in one location. Students, faculty, and staff who are not part of the School of Medicine should visit this location to get new or replacement IDs. The Medical ID Center will remain located on the lower level of the Sterling Hall of Medicine.
Transportation: Guests may park in the garage behind the building. Shuttle riders can take the weekday Blue and Brown Line shuttles to the Whitney/Humphrey stop, the closest stop to 221 Whitney Ave.
